Instructions for use:
Take 2 capsules daily in the middle of a meal (to avoid nausea on an empty stomach), split into two doses for easier administration (morning or evening, or at midday and evening if you skip breakfast). Ideally, take them with healthy fats, such as eggs.

Attention:
Not recommended for people suffering from thyroid disorders.
Not suitable for people treated with coumarin anticoagulants. We advise you to consult your doctor before taking vitamin K supplements.
Not suitable for children and teenagers.
People who need to have laboratory tests done should inform their doctor or the laboratory staff that they are taking or have recently taken biotin (vitamin B8).
