Delivery Areas

Delivery is available in mainland France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain and Luxembourg.


Delivery Times

  • Order processing: 1 to 3 business days after payment

  • Standard delivery: 3 to 7 business days

  • Express delivery: 1 to 3 business days

  • International delivery: 3 to 10 business days

Tracking and Claims

An email with a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.
In case of delay or any issue, please contact our customer service at contact@somome.com within 48 hours of receipt.


Liability

Somôme’s responsibility ends once the parcel is handed over to the carrier. It is important to check the condition of the parcel upon delivery and report any damage or anomaly to both the carrier and our customer service.


At Somôme, your satisfaction is our priority. If an item does not meet your expectations, don’t worry—here’s how our returns and refunds work.


1. 🕐 Return period: 14 days

In accordance with the law, you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to notify us of your intention to return a product.

Exclusions

Certain products cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or made-to-order items

  • Sealed products (hygiene, cosmetics, etc.) that have been opened after delivery

  • Digital downloads or consumed services


2. How to make a return

Step 1: Contact us

Send an email to [contact@somome.com – Customer Service/Returns] including:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) concerned

  • The reason for the return (optional)

Step 2: Return the item

You must return the product(s) in their original condition (unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging) to the address that will be provided to you.
Return shipping costs are set at €5, unless the product is defective or was received in error.


3. Refunds

Once the product has been received and inspected, we will issue your refund within a maximum of 14 days, using the original method of payment.

👉 If the item is damaged or incomplete upon return, a partial refund may be applied.


4. Defective product or order error

No problem! If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible (with a photo).
We will offer you a replacement, an exchange, or a full refund at no cost to you.
