Shipping & Delivery

What are the shipping times?

All orders are prepared and shipped within 48 business hours , Monday to Friday , excluding public holidays and vacation periods. In such cases, the information is always indicated on the website .
Once the package is handed over to the carrier, delivery times depend on the carrier.

Is delivery free?

Yes 🎉
Free home delivery is offered for orders over €59 (in mainland France).
Below this amount, delivery charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to mainland France, Belgium and Luxembourg.

Can I track my order?

Yes.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number , allowing you to track your package in real time.


Orders

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If the order has not yet been shipped, it is sometimes possible to modify or cancel it.

I haven't received a confirmation email, what should I do?

Remember to check your spam/junk mail folders.
If you still can't find anything, contact us specifying: name and email address used when placing the order.


Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item?

Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to return an item, provided it is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging . A return shipping fee of €5 may apply.
