Delivery is available in mainland France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Germany and Luxembourg.

Delivery Times

  • Order processing: 1 to 3 business days after payment

  • Standard delivery: 3 to 7 business days

  • Express delivery: 1 to 3 business days

  • International delivery: 3 to 10 business days

Tracking and Claims

An email with a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.
In the event of a delay or any issue, please contact our customer service at contact@somome.com within 48 hours of receipt.

Liability

Somôme’s responsibility ends once the parcel is handed over to the carrier. It is important to check the condition of the parcel upon delivery and report any damage or issue to both the carrier and our customer service.
